Hey guys,

My little brother (14 years old) has a science project. When he told me what it was, right away I thought of this website!

He has to design a safe and sound Coal mine. It would be a design of a normal running coal mine. The winning design of this science project will be given to the Lackawanna coal mine tour company. Out of 1,000's of kids participating in this contest, two winners will be selected. Teachers who are associated with the coal mine are in charge of selecting the proper and most safe design. The two selected will then be reviewed more throughly and a group of teachers will review it in more detail.

I am trying to help my brother out and your help would be awesome! Something is better then nothing. He has an idea, I am just looking to improve and add onto his.

Thanks for all and any help.

Chris

I guess any time really... If he wanted to come up in the morning (around 10:30) you guys could jump on the first tour of the day (not to mention mine / chris's first tour of the season...) and then after we can go over the project in the hoist room or somewhere. Its probably gunna be a pretty slow day so I highly doubt getting tied up with tours. We'll have lots of time!
