Where is AB?

DEP paperwork indicates Heggins, but I suspect someone has an office in their kitchen.


Christian say, New Philadelphia.


But, I didn't see anything on the map I was looking at.

mine is in new philly, "office" is in heggins.

I assumed that since the aerials of the heggins address looks like someone's backyard. The only thing that looked right was the hillside is in the sun ( facing south or west).

I was hoping for more on the order of:

"East on 209 about 2 miles"
