Im not sure what this is but if anybody if familiar with "the white house"in nanticoke.( i dont know what it is really called ) but its demoleshed now but the remains are still there...anyway to the side of it down the hill there is more remains and what looks to be some kind of mine tunnel or entrance to something does anybody know what im talking about? i am going back soon to take pics ill upload them when i get them...

well we turn the clocks ahead this weekend so we will have more daylight during the week so that would be better for me. still going to be at pioneer on the weekends.

Ive herd of these remains from people i work with, susquehanna coal operated collieries in that area, probally connected with susquehanna's nanticoke #7 which Im pretty sure was there, but I may be wrong, On that end of town Susquehanna collierys controlled all coal operations, while DL&W -later the Glen Alden, controlled coal operations on the opposite end, ie. Bliss, Aucuincloss, &Truesdale. ill have to check it out when i get time.

now that you mention it, it was the #7 repair shop for the cars i think, but it did say #7 on the building...but yeah i am supoosed to go w/ chris some day next week to get pics so i can get them up on here
