I recently received a Eccles safety light but I am not sure how to light it. It seems like I need a special "key" to engage the striker. Does anyone know what it is and where I could get one? Could I maybe make one? Any thoughts would be appreciated.

What "type" is it? Example would be type 6, the most common.

Eric,
I'm almost sure it is a type 6. That key that you posted would most likely work because I can feel teeth like that on the inside of the lamp. Question now is where can I get one of those keys? Thanks for the reply.
