A few months ago I was exploring the R&N's Scranton branch through the Stauffer Industrial Park. I stumbled upon a street that turned into a dirt road off of Oak Street I believe. Fenced in along the road were remnants of cables, hoists, and grinders for sizing coal. I wasn't sure what it belonged to and what was in that area at one point but was this the area of the Moffat Breaker?

Your right, the original name when built was Taylor breaker. It operated supposedly till 1974. The last remains were reclained last summer.
