Link won't. ill upload my pics shortly.The kidney vein is just above water. That's the shallowest vein there, although we have been in the top Stanton vein which was only 30 feet below the town. There is no elevator landing but the vein workings intersect the shaft on the "short" side for an intake airway. Last time I was there the shaft was venting like crazy! Must be another opening higher up in elevation ;)

Venting means that because of a difference in barometric pressure the mine openings will blow air out. The other comment meant that the picture loaded sideways.
