Hey everyone. I havent been on this site in a couple of years. After taking a break (losing interest?) in all things mining/history related for a while, Ive recently got back into it. Anyhow I was wondering if anyone knows where the #20 tunnel is/was. Im researching the Glen Alden pay car robbery. I know where the Truesdale was, just not the #20 location. Im hoping to photograph along the narrow gauge line, or whatever may be left of it anyway lol.

Hi Brian, the tunnel is up by the slope behind the cemetery. It's all closed up but there is a brick foundation near the opening. If you go in the fall when the leaves are off you can tell where it was if you know what you're looking at.......

Hey Chris.

Im assuming this cemetary is the one on the left side of main st warrior run as you are leaving town? I saw a slope back there while I was hiking, looks to be open. Isnt too far from the trail head. Up the hill from the parking lot, stay to the right, and the slope is on the right side of the trail.

The cemetery on the left of Main Street between sugar notch and warrior run. Take path up the hill directly after the cemetery, it hooks around to the right and this stuff is right up there......

Yup, black damp in the summer time. Slope goes down to water. Gangways just before water, but real bad top...... Never went any further.
