Hello all,

Does anyone know anything about the "Harry Taylor Slope"? Up on West Mountain there are some remnants of workings, and a large culm dump right next to Oakwood Estates. The "Harry Taylor Mine" according to that website northernfield ran from the early to middle thirties, but many of the maps on the Penn State Google Earth thing (whoever found that: that is cool as frig, thanks) show workings under the same area decade(s) earlier.

Just curious if anyone around here knows anything about operations in that particular area of West Mountain or where I could get information.

Thanks
