That does look like abandoned track with trees growing out of it from at least from the pictures. I guess abandoned track doesn't hold up to well.

Did they make you spike the rail back together?

no, actually they didnt, they said, we dont run the train that far, i forgot to tell you that! it was funny. i thought they would be pissed but then he was like, well yous guys gonna drive that thing back or what? i figured if he was mad he would have driven it back. plus he loves us since i crawled under the steam engine to investigate a crack and determined it can still run for the rest of the season. hope it doesnt puke, he took my decision to run it for 3 more weeks!

Nice.. How much further do the tracks go? Looks like they are going in the overgrown woods...

Hey, did you take any pictures of the crack in the steam engine? Also any good pictures of the engine?

as for pics of the engine, just wait till tomorows ugm update. pretty kick ass, got some great shots of the engine, mine and tours. they are going to love them! no pics of the crack. going down next sunday, ill see then. the tracks only go a little further, you can see the wooden bumper if you look close. it used to make a loop but was too tight for the locomotive and kept derailing..... heh. oh well. it was funny last time the foreman asked me if i ever derailed ours, i told him no. he said it was only a matter of time. well, he jinxed me
