Looks like from the iron timbers it's taking on some weight. And that belt structure is very interesting. How it's just welded in there. Hope they don't have to replace it would take some time.

Thanks for posting the pictures up! Is it possible that this is an old drainage tunnel for the Quarry or a tunnel for the drainage system? The only reason why I ask is that it looks as if this is an entrance into a tunnel which is inside the quarry. Generally if they quarried into a mine, the tunnel or stope which they hit wouldn't look like an entrance with cable, lights, wood, and other stuff going in. What is at the end of the tunnel? Is the Quarry still in operation?

Yeah I would have to say that the iron supports are taking some weight. It is a little surprising though, but I also don't know what type of rock this quarry mines. I like the ore crushers and processing plants. Some pretty good pictures. Looks like everything is pretty intact.

What are they mining here?

its a rock quarry for concrete making, the mined rock contain a little amount of irons, but the main use of the rock its for the concrete industry..

Okay, great. So I would assume the mine in the quarry is probably an Iron Mine? Do you have an information on the Mine?
