There was a report on News12 New Jersey tonight covering two new sinkholes that have opened on the property of Mr. Roger DeGroat, who also owns the famous subsidence that almost swallowed him last year. Some individuals in town think that the Cooper Mine is collapsing, but the town has decided to "study the problem" in order to determine what is causing the sinkholes, while others are blaming the remediation efforts at the Peters Mine site.

I would l have loved to hear that report. From what I have found so far, only an additional sink hole opened up in the front yard of Roger DeGroat's property. Very scary for him as the Cooper Mine isn't documented well enough to know exactly where each one of the shafts was located.
