I hope you all like it. I was impressed to have found this prospect mine still open. The site featured 2 other shafts, and 2 more tunnels..!

And a BIG surprise is at the end of this tunnel. I wont spoil it for you guys..

Awesome Dan! Excellent research! I dig the rock colors inside the tunnel. It's great to see pictures of a Gold mine that's on the east coast. Did you fins any artifacts inside?

Great photos! Let me know when you're going back up there. I'd be very interested in coming along, if you don't mind.

Also, let me know if you would like to start working on that project again. I've been very busy with the move, but I should have some more free time in the coming weeks.

I believe I have an old postcard view of the same mine portal with a concrete opening saved to my hard drive. When I find it I'll send it to you and you can verify that it's the same entrance. Very nice find Dan!
