Would any one have a idea of where or who would have the employee records of the Glen Alden coal company?

The Earth Conservancy in Ashley has them. The problem is though they don't really let people look at them but It might be worth calling and finding out. Also there was something about the way Glen Alden organized them, they werent in Alphabetical order, I think they went by SS#'s or something like that.

FYI- The LDS digitalized the Reading Anthracite employee records & I think the accident records. They aren't available thru the LDS site yet, but I found out recently they gave the Pottsville Historical society a set of what they copied. So they are avaiable there.
