Nick, have you ever seen the vulcan locomotive near lake winola? it was one of the shop locomotives, gasoline powered that moved cars around the plant in wb. it had a 4 speed trans and clutch on the floor. i have some pics ill have to dig them up. it is in a guys front yard on rt 307 a mile from where i grew up.

Nope, never seen that one. I see one of the other shop switchers at work though. The engine is a little two axle sideroder. 1920's vintage. To give it a good connection to the thread, it used to be owned by a Wilkes history prof and was used to move trolley cars in Dushore and then went to Scranton at the trolley museum there. They gave it to RRMPA last year. She is still in good shape. I'll have to take a photo in the next day or two.

I see that Vulcan all the time near winola when i work. I always wondered where that one was from. Be cool to get it running again also.
