In one of the articles I just posted about the ancient men found in the salt mine in Iran, it mentioned the German Mining Museum in Bochum. Looks like a good place to see! They have a model mine that encompasses hard coal and iron ore...whats funny is when you read the iron ore page it looks like they're talking about coal mining techniques! Theres even rail and mine motors in the model mine...............

Yeah, Shana, I saw they have an air powered light in there.... thats pretty cool!

Those bikes are really cool.. I saw a photo of one of them once, but I thought it was a local railfans homegrown project.. I didn't know it was based on an actual man powered mantrip. Thats pretty sweet!
