Looking for opinions on what breaker this is, located in Scranton. Also your opinions, what is the building in the middle.

Leggetts creek in north Scranton. I have a simular photo. The small bridge ( lower left) led over leggetts creek. To a drift into the four foot vein. What appears to be a breaker in the rear is the enclosed headfroam for the no 3 shaft ( there were four). The rail bed leading to the breaker can still be seen where it crossed Main Av near the Marvine number 1 The bottom photo appears to be the first Baker breaker in West Scranton

We have a winner! Tony is correct. Everything you said is what the person who owns the photo said.
