A bit more research reveals the Ithaca NY Coal Office building still alive as "The Queen of Tarts Cafe." You can find 2 current photos on Facebook under "Queen of Tarts Cafe's Photos." Looks like they cut off 40% of the original building - the weighing section. The remainder looks in excellent condition. To include the original Perry Coal sign.

FYI I will be modeling this in N Gauge (N Trak modular) as the original Ithaca Perry Coal Office and weigh station, the sheds/coal bins, and a nice coal trestle as a delivery/sales yard. And I thank John for his research and documentation.

BTW John. In the sheds/coal bins photo, do you know what was stored in the chemical tanks on the top right of the photo?
