not in a coal mine, they usually are rusted right to the rail. heres some examples......

We did free the wheels on that boogie car in one coal mine. The wheels were completely rusted stuck and did not turn on their own until we freed them. But there was no rail in that mine to "ride on".

oh yea, i forgot about that one greg. yea we did free one up. that one was in a dry section of mine and took a few pounds with a small section of rail but we freed it up. there was no rail layed there so we got some pipes and pushed it on them. its a small car though. that reminds me, that car needs to be liberated still!
