Thats awsome. How many photos do you have. could you post some on the board. i am very intereted in the mine from 1940 to 1964. how many photos do you have from that time period. why is it called the washington mine? where was the main shaft for the new washington mine located at the site. was it inclined or vertical. how many operations did Alan wood run in new jersey. please inform me of when you will be doing the photoshoot.

The photos are tucked away right now in our Mine Library. We have photos of Old and New Washington Mines. The New Washington Mine was a three compartment slope with a 69 degree incline. It is located south of the McKinley Mine in Oxford. Alan Wood Steel also owned Scrub Oaks Mine and Peters Mine at one time.
